On 19 December 2025, we met with CPP PREMA employees for our traditional Christmas wafer gathering. It is a moment that every year helps set the pace for the end of December. It allows us to pause for a while. It lets us look back on the past months from a team perspective, not as a series of individual tasks. In previous years, we combined the wafer-sharing tradition with a summary of results, key events, and plans for the months ahead. This time was the same—short and to the point, with a focus on what we managed to achieve thanks to the joint effort of the entire team.
An important part of the meeting was expressing our thanks. For responsibility on the production floor. For on-time order fulfillment. For quality that builds trust in the brand. For flexibility in special projects. For day-to-day cooperation between departments—from design and process engineering, through maintenance, to sales, logistics, and administration. We also mentioned what is crucial for us: developing competencies, improving processes, and teamwork that translates into the company’s stability.
