We are pleased to announce that CPP “PREMA” S.A. has won first place in the Icebreakers 2023 competition in the Healthy Company category. This is a great achievement and proof of the company’s hard work and commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle at work.

The Icebreakers competition is an initiative that has gained nationwide fame as a platform for promoting the employment of people with disabilities. Organized by the Foundation for Professional Activation of People with Disabilities FAZON, the competition aims not only to recognize companies that actively employ people with disabilities, but also to promote the idea of integration and equality in the workplace.

For 18 years, the competition has allowed dozens of companies, people and institutions supporting the disabled to be recognized. The Icebreaker statuette is a symbol of openness and commitment. The competition chapter of the Łódź, Mazovia, Silesia and Świętokrzyskie regions, during the gala ceremony, highlighted that people with disabilities bring a great deal to every establishment. They bring determination, joy in their duties. They create great teams of co-workers, but also teach great determination and dedication.

CPP “PREMA” S.A. has for years been involved in activities to eliminate barriers and break stereotypes. The company’s mission and goals fit perfectly with the idea of the “Icebreakers” competition. This is not only a sign of the company’s social responsibility, but also proof that CPP “PREMA” S.A. believes in diversity and inclusion as the driving force behind its success.

The awards ceremony was held on September 27, 2023 at the KOREZ Theater in Katowice.
