Information Clause in Connection with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Dear Sir/Madam,

In fulfilling the information obligation resulting from Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (OJ L 119 of 04.05.2016) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, p.1-88), we wish to inform you that maintaining contact with you involves the necessity of processing your personal data and informing you of the following provisions:

Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

Contact Form and Correspondence

By filling out the contact form, sending us an email, or a letter, we process your data to contact you and correspond with you. These data, along with the correspondence itself, will be archived in our databases. The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest as the administrator, related to conducting business correspondence, the right to archive such correspondence, and informing about business activities.

Ordering Goods or Services

If your data have been provided due to ordering goods or services, we process them to conclude and execute the contract you are interested in. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016), i.e., the necessity of processing data to perform the contract or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

Telephone Conversation

In the case of a telephone conversation, we ask for personal data only when it is necessary to handle the matter you are calling about, and we process the data solely for that purpose. The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest as the administrator, involving the need to resolve issues related to our business activities.

Consent

In certain cases, if we ask for your consent to process personal data, we process your data based on that consent and only for the purpose specified when requesting it.

Providing your data is voluntary; however, failure to provide them will prevent us from achieving the purpose of processing, such as contacting you or entering into a contract. When the purpose of data processing is the execution of a contract, providing the necessary data is essential for its conclusion.

Period of Personal Data Storage

  • If you have given consent for data processing, we will process them until the consent is withdrawn.
  • If we process your data to perform a contract, they will be processed until the expiration of claims related to the contract’s execution.
  • If data processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, we process the data for this purpose until the contract is concluded or until it becomes apparent that it will not be concluded.
  • Data provided for contact purposes will be processed as long as there is a need for contact and for archiving correspondence, up to 5 years, or until you submit an objection.

Data Recipients

We do not disclose your personal data to other entities. The processing of your data is administered solely by us.
