Basics of power and control pneumatics

This training is intended for individuals beginning their journey with pneumatic systems.

It is particularly aimed at maintenance personnel, machine designers, students, and pupils.

Scope:

  • Discussion of basic symbols used in pneumatic diagrams
  • Familiarization with elements of pneumatic systems:

– pneumactic ctlinders,

– distribution valves,

– compressed air preparation units,

– units controlling the direction of flow,

  • Discussion of the necessity and methods of proper compressed air preparation.
  • Selection of appropriate pneumatic units while maintaining technological parameters.

Training duration: 6 hours.

Designing pneumatic and pneumoelectric systems.

This training is intended for individuals familiar with the basics of power and control pneumatics who want to expand their skills in designing pneumatic projects.

Scope:

  • Familiarization with symbols used in pneumatic and pneumoelectric diagrams.
  • Discussion of the functions of individual units in the system:

– pneumactic ctlinders,

– distribution valves,

– compressed air preparation blocks,

– units controlling the direction of flow,

  • Discussion of the functions achievable by various types of distribution valves.
  • Selection of appropriate pneumatic units for the given working parameters.
  • Designing pneumatic systems based on given working parameters and cycle diagrams.

Training duration: 8 hours.
