Visit of ARP S.A. Representatives at CPP PREMA S.A.
On 16 January 2026, CPP PREMA S.A. hosted representatives of Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A. (ARP S.A.) at the Company’s headquarters. The visit constituted an important element of ongoing ownership supervision and dialogue concerning the Company’s further development.
ARP S.A. was represented by:
Mr Paweł Cieślewicz – Managing Director for Ownership Supervision,
Ms Beata Bronny – Director of the Ownership Supervision Department.
On behalf of CPP PREMA S.A., the meeting was attended by:
Mr Paweł Ściubisz – President of the Management Board,
Mr Krzysztof Solecki – Vice President of the Management Board,
Mr Kazimierz Mucha – Production Director.
Management meeting and discussion of key areas of activity
During the meeting, the current situation of the Company, its operating performance, and the main directions of development were presented. The Management Board of CPP PREMA S.A. outlined the key areas of activity, with particular emphasis on pneumatics, hydraulic power systems, and industrial automation, as well as ongoing and planned investments in a modern machinery park and the development of employee competencies.
The discussions focused, among others, on:
the Company’s current financial and operational condition,
development and investment projects,
the role of CPP PREMA S.A. within the ARP Capital Group structure,
market challenges and opportunities arising from the transformation of the industrial sector.
Visit to the production hall
An integral part of the visit was a tour of the production hall. The guests had the opportunity to become directly acquainted with technological processes, production organization, and the applied design and quality solutions. It was an opportunity to demonstrate how many years of experience at CPP PREMA S.A. translate into quality, repeatability, and flexibility in order execution.
Ownership dialogue and future development perspectives
The visit of ARP S.A. representatives confirmed the importance of regular ownership dialogue and a shared understanding of long-term strategic objectives. For the Company, the meeting also provided an opportunity to present plans for the coming years and to discuss potential directions for further strengthening the market position of CPP PREMA S.A., both domestically and internationally.
