Who are we?

The Center of Pneumatics Production “PREMA” S.A. company is currently the largest Polish pneumatics manufacturer, which are used in the mechanisation and automation of production processes in many branches of industry. The company combines production, sales and service activities, as well as technical consultancy in the pneumatics industry. Experience, knowledge and modern machinery allow the company to continuously improve and expand its offer. A particularly attractive feature of the product portfolio is the possibility to manufacture personalised and customised devices. Thanks to the experienced staff of engineers, constructors and designers, Production Department staff and a specialised Control & Measurement Department, the company ensures the highest quality of the offered products. With the help of a well-developed sales network, we quickly reach customers all over Poland. We have been strengthening our position since 1976. Today, we are the leader in the production of force and control pneumatics. Thanks to WIN-WIN’s communication and excellent organisation, we are able to respond quickly to market needs. Evidence of the ever-increasing position of the CPP “PREMA” S.A. brand is the number of awards and distinctions achieved, including:

  • two Gold Medals at the Poznań International Fair,
  • three Gold Medals at the International Trade Fair and numerous industry awards and distinctions.

As a Polish manufacturer and supplier of comprehensive power pneumatics solutions, we have focused on the production of high-end pneumatic and hydraulic drive devices and equipment since our beginnings. Over the years, we have expanded our offer to include new products and services, ranging from the construction of machines and equipment to their assembly and service, as well as after-sales support. In addition to production and sales, we also provide comprehensive services in foundry and metalworking. Through the development and improvement of our staff, the company now also offers professional engineering consultancy. Our aim is to achieve maximum satisfaction for our customers. To meet the individualised and growing expectations of our customers, we aim to:

  • expanding our product range;
  • providing a comprehensivem specialised service;
  • introducing solutions and technology based on the highest quality for commercial use.

The objectives we set ourselves focus on several important elements. First and foremost, we use and continuously develop a quality management system based on ISO 9001:2015. In the production process, we emphasise the planning, implementation, monitoring and improvement of our products as well as our processes and organisation. We strive to continually develop and modernise our products and technological base in order to make them competitive and increase their utilisation scope. We aim to combine attractive pricing with low operating costs through high product durability and a long-term service guarantee. We strive to process orders efficiently, providing sound catalogue information and expert advice. We take care to develop and improve the qualifications and competence of our experienced staff through systematic training. We create a work culture and awareness that allows all staff to be committed to achieving the highest possible product and quality objectives. We cooperate with suppliers whose standards and type of products and services meet the high requirements of our company and our customers.

Quality management is a priority for us, which manifests itself in the establishment of a quality policy, the setting of quality objectives, the personal and entire staff commitment to achieving them and the provision of all the necessary resources to implement, maintain and improve them. The Board of Directors and all staff believe that the realisation of our policy improves trust among customers and the perception of our company as a solid, reliable and resilient partner.

We are increasing our workforce, looking for employees who are both educated, experienced, knowledgeable and qualified, as well as staff who want to draw on experience from people who have been associated with our company for decades.

The Company’s management tries to motivate and appreciate its employees by awarding bonuses and prizes. Employees gain knowledge and improve their qualifications by participating in training courses. The President of the Management Board takes measures to maintain a positive working atmosphere. This is because the Management Board believes that employees are the foundation of the company and the success of the company depends on them. Investment outlays are the implementation of the Management Board’s policy of modernising the Company’s machinery stock. As part of the ongoing investments, a rebranding was carried out, which will refresh the Company’s image, attract new customers and increase brand recognition. These changes will allow the offer and image to be adapted to current market trends and customer needs, influencing percepting the CPP “PREMA” S.A. brand and increasing loyalty.

Positive customer feedback on our products and cooperation is reflected in thanks from customers such as Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa, KGHM, Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A., Arcelor Mittal, Tauron S.A. or PGG. We can also boast positive recommendations from many of our regular suppliers, including: Aplisens, Aignep, AZ PNEUMATICA, Riegler, ZEC and Balluff.

As a member of the Capital Group of the Industrial Development Agency (Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu), we strengthen the synergy effect within the Group’s activities, by developing cooperation, the long-term development and increased competitiveness of the Company. Since July 2022, we are also a proud partner of the Central Hydrogen Cluster named after the Łaszczyński Brothers.

We do not forget about school and university students in the field of pneumatics education. We offer teaching stations in various configurations. We are in constant cooperation with, among others: the Kielce University of Technology, the Silesian University of Technology and the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków.

We are active in positive image building, digital marketing and advertising.
We take care of communication in new media channels to strengthen the company’s image among contractors and partners. We participate in the most important industry events in Poland and worldwide. Our PR activities focus on creating high-quality external and internal communications, and building a consistent visual identity. We conduct research and development work to introduce new products to our range, such as an actuator with integrated positioner, which won the Gold Medal at the HaPeS International Trade Fair for Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Control and Drives.

CPP “PREMA” S.A.’s plans for the near future include strengthening its leading position among the largest manufacturers of pneumatics and hydraulics in Poland and effective expansion into foreign markets. Maintaining a stable economic situation of the company and the development of the Company through innovation, expansion of the assortment and improvement of the qualifications and skills of our employees have also become a standard.
