Galvanization is the process of applying a thin layer of metal to the surface of another metal using electrolysis. It is a specialized industrial process that requires the right equipment, knowledge and experience. Galvanizing service involves performing this process to provide protection against corrosion, improve aesthetic appearance, increase durability, and improve electrical and chemical properties.

Advantages of galvanization

Galvanization brings significant benefits by improving the corrosion resistance of metal products, increasing their strength and hardness, thus making them more resistant to mechanical damage. In addition, the process can improve the electrical properties of some metals, which is important in the electronics industry. Thanks to galvanization, metal objects are also better protected from the negative effects of extreme temperatures. As a result, galvanization significantly extends the life and improves the overall quality of metal products, both in terms of their durability and aesthetics.

Technical chrome plating

    • Technical chrome plating is the process of applying a thin layer of chrome to the surface of a metal, mainly for aesthetic and protective reasons. Chrome plating provides high gloss, corrosion resistance and also increases the surface hardness. It is often used in decorative elements, in the automotive industry (e.g. on bumpers, rims), or in the production of tools and fittings.

    Aluminum anodizing

      • Soft anodizing of aluminum is a process that creates a layer of aluminum oxide through electrolysis. This method increases resistance to corrosion and wear, and also allows aluminum to be dyed in various colors. It is often used in the construction and automotive industries, as well as in the manufacture of various accessories.

      • Hard anodizing of aluminum is a similar process to soft anodizing, but the end result is a much harder and thicker aluminum oxide layer. This is particularly useful in applications where high wear and scratch resistance is required, such as in machine parts, sports equipment and aerospace components.

      Galvanic zinc plating

        • Galvanic zinc plating service is a process in which a metal object (usually steel) is coated with a layer of zinc by immersing it in a zinc solution, where an electrochemical reaction takes place. This process is designed to provide the object with protection against corrosion and improve its aesthetics.
        • Galvanic zinc plating (hanging) is a popular method used for the production of parts with hard-to-reach areas, such as lines and wires. This technique makes it possible to effectively coat even the most complex shapes, which is extremely important for structural components and parts used in the automotive, energy and many other industries.

        • Galvanic zinc plating (rolling) is used in cases where it is necessary to cover small and complex shaped items accurately and evenly. This process is used for galvanization of items with unusual shapes, such as bolts, nuts and connecting parts, where other methods may be less effective. Precise layers of zinc can be achieved with this method.

        Blackening

          • Galvanic blackening is an advanced technique that combines chemical and electrochemical processes. Using an electric current, it is possible to control the application of a thin layer of a black substance, usually copper oxide, on the a metal's surface. The main purpose of this process is to improve aesthetics, increase corrosion resistance and achieve a decorative metal finish.
          • Galvanic blackening is widely used in the metal industry, especially in the production of decorative elements, jewelry, locks, and even in repairs and restorations. The process makes it possible to achieve aesthetic finishes on metal, while increasing its resistance to corrosion.
