We are delighted to announce that the changes to the composition of CPP PREMA’s Board of Directors reflect our drive for further growth and innovation. As of 16 October, new Board members have joined the Team, bringing a fresh perspective and a wealth of experience to support the company’s strategic goals. The newly appointed Management Board consists of experts with many years of experience in many areas, ready to face challenges, achieve ambitious goals and adapt CPP PREMA’s activities to the dynamically changing market.
Paweł Ściubisz – a manager with over a dozen years of experience gained in one of the largest retail chains in the construction and renovation industry in Poland. He specialises in strategic purchase management, negotiations with key suppliers and optimisation of procurement processes. He has extensive knowledge of how the market works and extensive competencies in team management and implementation of effective operational strategies.
He has also been running his own business for several years, successfully coordinating cooperation with business partners and implementing innovative solutions to improve daily business operations. His experience and practical knowledge provide a solid foundation for the Company’s further development and the implementation of ambitious strategic goals.
In his position as CEO, he focuses on optimising operational processes, strengthening relationships with business partners and implementing modern, market-oriented solutions.
As of 16 October 2024, the Supervisory Board of CPP PREMA entrusted Paweł Ściubisz with the duties of President of the Management Board.
Krzysztof Solecki – manager with over a dozen years of experience in the public and private sector. Graduate of the National Defence Academy, University of Łódź and Executive MBA studies. Environmental protection engineer. Completed numerous training courses in marketing and management as well as technical and development issues. He is competent to manage business activities in the field of manufacturing and trading of explosives, weapons, ammunition and products and technology for military or police use.
He specialises, inter alia, in operational management, implementation of infrastructure projects and cooperation with state and local administration units. He is experienced in the implementation of major construction infrastructure investments.
In his position as a Board Member, he focuses on developing and improving the operational activities of CPP PREMA, with particular emphasis on innovative solutions and entering new markets.
