    • We offer complex cold metal forming services, such as forging and stamping. The technologies we use to provide our services enable us to precisely process materials such as various types of steel, aluminium and brass, adapting to the customer's specific requirements. Metal forming processes include planning, selection of the appropriate tools, setting of the machine parameters and final shaping of the parts. Thanks to our experience and the machines we use, we are able to achieve complex shapes with the highest quality workmanship.

    Metal forming technologi

    Metal forming is the shaping of a material by permanently deforming it under the influence of suitably selected forces. This process helps to give the workpiece the desired shape, dimensions and mechanical properties. The key is to apply forces that exceed the yield strength of the metal, leading to a permanent change in its shape. In the case of ductile materials, once this limit is exceeded, deformation occurs without an increase in forces, which makes it possible to precisely shape products using high pressur.
