CNC Turning – Specialised Turning Services

CNC and Conventional Turning: Precision Machining Services

Price list for CNC/conventional turning

Metal turning pricing - CNC
Price per 1 man-hour (€)
From 21,40 To 83,00
Metal turning pricing - conventional
Price per 1 man-hour (€)
From 19,00 To 83,00

The price of turning depends on:
* Type and thickness of material: harder metals require more robust tools.
** Batch size: larger batches can reduce the unit cost of production.
*** Component size and shape: larger and more complex shapes require more time and work.

CNC Longitudinal and Transverse Turning Process

  • Material Preparation: Every CNC longitudinal and transverse turning process begins with thorough material preparation. The surface of the material is cleaned of any impurities to ensure better adhesion of the cutting tool and to minimise the risk of defects.
  • Selection of Turning Method: We select the appropriate CNC turning technique depending on the type of material and the desired end result. We offer longitudinal turning, transverse turning and taper and thread turning, conventional and CNC.
  • Precision Turning: We use advanced CNC lathes that allow us to produce complex shapes and patterns accurately and repeatably. CNC lathes are ideal for the production of parts requiring the highest precision, while conventional lathes are used for smaller batches and simpler shapes.
  • Quality Control: Once the CNC turning process is complete, each part is subjected to a detailed quality inspection. The inspection includes verification of dimensions, surfaces and compliance with customer requirements. If necessary, additional adjustments are made to ensure that all parts meet the highest quality standards.
