Where does pneumatics operate in track machines?
In track machines, pneumatics is responsible for actuator movement, control of working functions, locking and protection of assemblies and cassettes. Rod-type, compact and round pneumatic cylinders, including special versions such as stainless steel piston rods, modified strokes, stronger magnets and reed sensors. They are used for driving and protecting assemblies and cassettes.
DTE series solenoid valves
Solenoid valves for remote cassette control and travel direction selection in maintenance trains. A replacement can be manufactured for a component that is no longer available on the market.
Directional control valves and check valves
Dedicated manually operated directional control valves and check valves - for controlling the direction and sequence of cylinder operation, pressure locking and movement control.

Replacement components and regeneration of track machine components
Some track machine components are no longer manufactured or have non-standard mounting. We manufacture a replacement component that is functionally, dimensionally and mounting-compatible - without rebuilding the entire system - and we analyse the regeneration of worn cylinders and valves.
