Purposes and bases of personal data processing

Contact form and correspondence

By filling out the contact form, sending us an email, or a letter, we process your data to contact you and correspond with you. This data, along with the correspondence itself, will be archived in our databases. The legal basis for processing in this case is our legitimate interest as the administrator related to conducting correspondence related to business activities and the right to archive this correspondence and inform about business activities.

Ordering goods or services

If your data has been provided for the purpose of ordering goods or services, we process it to conclude and execute the contract you are interested in. The legal basis for processing is then Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, i.e., the necessity of processing data to perform the contract or the necessity of processing to take actions at your request before concluding the contract.

In the case of a telephone conversation, we ask for personal data only if it is necessary to handle the matter you are calling about, and we process the data only for that purpose. The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest as the administrator to resolve issues related to our business activities.

Consent

In some cases, if we ask for consent to process personal data, we process your data based on your consent and only for the purpose specified when asking for your consent.

Providing your data is voluntary, but their absence will prevent us from achieving the processing goal, such as contacting you or concluding a contract. If the purpose of data processing is to execute a contract, providing the necessary data is required to conclude the contract.

Personal data retention period

If you consent to the processing of data, we will process it until you withdraw your consent. If we process your data to execute a contract, it will be processed until the claims related to the contract’s execution are time-barred. When processing data is necessary to take actions at your request before concluding a contract, the data is processed for that purpose until the contract is concluded or it becomes clear that the contract will not be concluded.

Data provided for contact purposes will be processed as long as there is a need for contact, as well as for archiving correspondence as long as this need exists on our part, no longer than 5 years or until the objection you raised is considered.

Your personal data is not shared with other entities. The data processed by us is administered by us.

Cookies used for statistical purposes: Used to track website statistics, such as the number of visitors to the website, the type of operating system and browser used to browse the website, time spent on the website, sub-pages visited and the like. CPP “PREMA” S.A. uses Google Analytics in this regard, while the gathered data remains completely anonymous.
