CPP “PREMA” S.A. supports practical education: donation of the teaching station “LABIRYNT” of the WMiBM of the Kielce University of Technology

It is with undisguised pride that we would like to inform you about an important event that took place for us in recent days. As a Kielce-based manufacturer of pneumatic and hydraulic equipment – CPP “PREMA” S.A. – we have made a great commitment to support local technical education. As part of our commitment, we donated a teaching station in the form of an arcade game called “LABIRYNT” to the Faculty of Mechatronics and Mechanical Engineering (WMiBM) of the Kielce University of Technology.

The “LABIRYNT” teaching station is a unique construction designed primarily to promote and practically demonstrate the use of pneumatics in various applications. Through this arcade game, students will be able to explore, in an interactive and accessible way, the secrets of pneumatic technology, which is an important part of many modern solutions in the mechatronics and machinery industry.

The “LABIRYNT” was designed almost entirely on components manufactured locally in Kielce. The stand is equipped with a number of proprietary components, including:

  • Compact actuators of various types (11.040C.0100ZT , 11.040A.0035.GZ, 11.040A0015),
  • Piston-rodless actuator,
  • Pneumatic valves mounted on the island,
  • Pneumatic limiters,
  • Polyurethane hoses,
  • Plug connectors operating from -1 to 20 bar,
  • Control by pneumatic joystick,
  • PLC touch screen for intuitive interaction with the machine.

The donation of the station was initiated and represented from our side by Mr. Maciej Tworek, M.Sc., Senior Commercial Specialist at CPP “PREMA” S.A.. From the faculty of WMiBM, Dean Dr. Jakub Takosoglu, Kielce University of Technology’s Prof., was present and expressed deep appreciation for our initiative. This pleasant meeting also provided an opportunity to discuss future steps and opportunities for cooperation in collaborative projects.

Conversations during the handover of the station also included the planning of further activities to strengthen relations between manufacturing companies and technical colleges. We are hopeful that this cooperation will be mutually beneficial and contribute to the further development of local technical education.

Initiatives such as this are a testament to our deep understanding of the importance of practical technical education. CPP “PREMA” S.A. is honored to support Kielce University of Technology and we are optimistic about the future of this collaboration.
