Center of Pneumatics Production “PREMA” JSC awarded the title of “Leader of the Świętokrzyskie Region 2025”

At Targi Kielce, during the “Leader of the Świętokrzyskie Region 2025” gala held on 25 November, companies, institutions and local governments honoured by the editorial team of “Echo Dnia” for their special impact on the development of the region were announced. Among the laureates was Center of Pneumatics Production “PREMA” JSC – a company associated for more than half a century with Polish industrial pneumatics and today also with advanced solutions for the defence sector.

The award on behalf of CPP PREMA was received by Vice President of the Management Board Krzysztof Solecki, who from the very beginning of the new Management Board’s term has been one of the key figures setting a dynamic course of development for the company. It is this change in management – with President Paweł Ściubisz at the helm and the strong, operationally involved role of Vice President Krzysztof Solecki – that largely underpins the company’s current success and the distinction it has received.

A distinction for the company at a key stage of its development

The title of “Leader of the Świętokrzyskie Region 2025” is for CPP PREMA not only a matter of prestige, but also confirmation that the consistently implemented strategy of the company’s modernisation and specialisation is delivering tangible results – both in economic terms and in terms of its image. The gala at Targi Kielce, recognised for years as one of the most important economic events in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, brings together enterprises that have a real impact on the pace and quality of the region’s development.

CPP PREMA has been recognised as a manufacturer which for nearly 50 years has combined expertise in pneumatics, hydraulics and automation with the ability to respond to new industrial challenges – from the energy sector, through rail and mining, to the defence sector. The distinction is therefore both a summary of the company’s journey so far and a strong signal that it is entering a new stage of development.

The strength of the new Management Board: President Paweł Ściubisz and Vice President Krzysztof Solecki

The new Management Board of CPP PREMA, with President Paweł Ściubisz and Vice President of the Management Board Krzysztof Solecki, took the helm at a time when the market requires from manufacturers not only high quality, but also the ability to innovate, react quickly and cooperate with demanding sectors – including the defence industry.

President Paweł Ściubisz is responsible for shaping the company’s strategic development path – strengthening the core business pillars (pneumatics, hydraulics, automation), firmly embedding the company in industrial supply chains and opening it up to new markets and technologies.

Even more clearly, in the context of the “Leader of the Świętokrzyskie Region 2025” award, the role of Vice President of the Management Board Krzysztof Solecki can be seen. It was he who, on behalf of the company, received the distinction but – more importantly – on a day-to-day basis stands behind a number of operational and investment decisions that have enabled the company to achieve a step change in competitiveness:

  • accelerating the modernisation of the machinery park,

  • strengthening production and technological capabilities,

  • expanding the offering for sectors with elevated quality requirements,

  • effectively translating strategy into concrete investment and R&D projects.

Vice President Solecki acts as a manager who combines an engineering and business perspective – he looks at the company through the prism of process efficiency, product quality and the requirements of key customers. This approach ensures that decisions taken at Management Board level quickly turn into concrete outcomes: new technological lines, implemented procedures, certifications and, as a result, new contracts.

50 years of Polish pneumatics – a foundation for new ambitions

For more than 50 years, Center of Pneumatics Production “PREMA” JSC (CPP PREMA) has consistently built its position as the largest domestic manufacturer of solutions in the field of pneumatics, hydraulics and automation. The company has evolved from a supplier of industrial components into a technology partner whose solutions are now also used in applications of strategic importance, including in the defence sector.

The achievements of CPP PREMA include, among others:

  • tens of thousands of manufactured pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders,

  • in-house solutions in the field of automation and robotic workstations,

  • an extensive service base: servicing, overhauls, refurbishments, electroplating shop, CNC machining, foundry,

  • the presence of products in the most demanding industries – rail, mining, energy and defence.

The development of competencies in the area of quality and safety is also of key importance. CPP PREMA has implemented a quality management system compliant with ISO 9001:2015 and AQAP standards, which opens the way to carrying out projects for the defence sector and customers with the most stringent requirements. At the same time, the company is preparing to obtain full licensing for products intended for military use and is consistently developing its research and development department, designing products intended to operate in the most demanding conditions and in equipment of critical importance for safety and process continuity.

Inwestycje, B+R i nowoczesna produkcja – kierunki wyznaczone przez Zarząd

The “Leader of the Świętokrzyskie Region 2025” award is part of a broader CPP PREMA transformation plan, which assumes:

  • further development of the R&D department – intensifying work on new generations of cylinders, valves and system solutions for industrial automation and the defence sector;

  • strengthening production capabilities – investments in the machinery park (new CNC machining centres, process automation, development of the electroplating shop and specialist services);

  • expanding the service offering – comprehensive support for compressed air systems, overhauls and modernisation of machines, assistance in designing and commissioning systems;

  • entering new markets and international projects – based on the company’s experience, certifications and engineering resources.

An important role in the implementation of these plans is played by Vice President of the Management Board Krzysztof Solecki, who is responsible for translating the Management Board’s strategic assumptions into specific investment and organisational projects. In practice, this means, among other things, coordinating technology modernisation processes, implementing new quality standards and building relationships with key partners in the industrial and defence sectors.

A distinction that carries responsibility

The title of “Leader of the Świętokrzyskie Region 2025” is for CPP PREMA confirmation that the chosen direction – combining tradition, engineering competence and strong management – is the right one. It is also a signal to business partners that they are dealing with a stable company, managed in a modern way and ready to deliver ambitious projects in Poland and abroad.

The new Management Board, with President Paweł Ściubisz and Vice President of the Management Board Krzysztof Solecki, treats this distinction not as a culmination, but as a starting point for further actions: technological development, entry into new markets and the continued strengthening of the position of Polish pneumatics in industry and defence.

CPP PREMA therefore remains what it has been for the past 50 years – a reliable partner for industry – but thanks to the energy of the new Management Board and the decisive role of Vice President Krzysztof Solecki, it is increasingly boldly pursuing projects that until recently were reserved for a narrow group of global suppliers.
