CPP PREMA implemented the ‘Business Transformation Process Methodology for IDA Group Companies’.

On 20th November 2024, we successfully concluded a three-month pilot programme for implementing the “Methodology of the Business Transformation Process for Companies of the ARP S.A. Capital Group.”

As part of this programme, six productive, insightful, and inspiring meetings took place, during which ARP S.A. experts and Vice President of the Management Board, Radosław Niedzielski, supported the companies within the ARP Capital Group in the process of effective organisational and operational transformation. CPP PREMA was represented by CEO Paweł Ściubisz, Proxy/Director of the Management Board Office and Administration, Agnieszka Radomek, and Specialist for Management Board Office Services, Katarzyna Uciechowska.

The outcome of these efforts is a developed transformation methodology aimed at:

🔹 improving efficiency and performance,
🔹 reducing costs,
🔹 optimising processes.

It encompasses all key stages, from defining values, vision, and mission, through strategic planning and monitoring of key indicators, to implementing new management systems and overseeing transformational initiatives.
